Hard Knocks Kids Program We are accepting Kids/Teen from ages 8yrs old  to 14yrs old we provide a space to learn Muay Thai/kickboxing skills and strength and conditioning drills. Which will bring challenge, balance, sensory skills and team work to another level.
    Research shows that the early years build the underlying brain structures that shape children’s lifetime habits. Given that physical activity makes for better physical, emotional, and cognitive development. It’s essential to help kids fall in love with moving for long term physical and mental health.

No matter your child’s and teen’s attitude towards life. Muay Thai can help them learn many important life lessons and skill's. From self-confidence, self-defense, conflict resolution and can help with anti-bullying. Kickboxing will also bring focus and determination into their lives.
